How we approach every inheritance matter

We ask questions, take notes, and form a clear picture of the estate before we offer any view on what the steps ahead should look like. No advice is offered in haste, and no client is pressed toward a service before it is appropriate.
From that foundation, we work methodically — identifying what the estate comprises, who the relevant parties are, and what the applicable provisions of Thai inheritance law say about the situation. Where there is room for a straightforward settlement, we pursue it. Where there is complexity or dispute, we document it carefully and advise on the most measured path forward.

This service is suited to estates where the heirs are in agreement and the matter involves administering the estate through the appropriate procedures — court applications for administrator appointment, Land Department transfers, bank account closures, and related steps.
